11th Step Group
A new group is forming to share a spiritual experience.
Human Services CampusHospice Presentation with Suncrest
Open to everyone, this educational session features Suncrest Hospice sharing clear information about hospice care. The presentation covers what hospice provides for patients and families, what to expect from care, and how to recognize when hospice may be the right option. There will be time for questions and conversation to help participants develop a clearer understanding of compassionate end-of-life support. Hosted at St. Luke’s Transitional Care Center.
Recovery Dharma
This gathering centers on Recovery Dharma, a community-led, non-theistic approach to addressing addiction grounded in Buddhist practices and principles. Established in 2019, it offers a trauma-aware alternative to conventional 12-step models, emphasizing personal empowerment and intentional self-inquiry rather than a framework of powerlessness.
Human Services CampusQigong & Tai Chi with Gina Molby
Explore a beginner friendly session of Qigong and Tai Chi with Gina Molby. Rooted in ancient Chinese traditions, these mindful movement arts weave together elements of martial practice, healing wisdom, and contemplative awareness. Rather than sitting still, you will move slowly and intentionally while using the breath as an anchor and a gentle focus to steady the nervous system. The practice encourages noticing thoughts and feelings without being driven by them, which can support physical ease, emotional balance, mental clarity, and a refreshed sense of energy. This entry level class is designed for anyone managing a busy schedule, experiencing stress or low energy, or simply curious about sustainable ways to build steady vitality and clear attention. Instruction blends time honored techniques with practical tools for modern stress and emotional self regulation. Tuition options include $75 for a five class package or $20 for a single drop in. Gina is a Reiki Master, ordained minister, certified spiritual healer, and earth steward who integrates Qigong, Tai Chi, guided meditation, and other energy based practices to help people reconnect with the body and cultivate steady vitality.
