6-Week Women’s Confidence, Boundaries & Self-Defense Series (Kahului)

At Ritual Wellness Maui in Kahului, this six-week series is designed for women who want a steadier sense of self in their body, a clearer voice, and practical confidence they can use in the moment. Participants learn to notice red flags early so situations do not escalate, state boundaries plainly without overexplaining or freezing, stay grounded under pressure, trust their read of a situation and follow through, and apply simple physical skills if they are ever needed. The focus is not on aggression, it is on being difficult to push, difficult to confuse, and decisive. By the final session, participants receive a certificate of completion, break a board using alignment and clarity rather than brute strength, and leave with tools they can use right away in everyday life. The series is trauma informed and rooted in Empowerment Self-Defense with real-world practice. Enrollment options include the full program, a partial track, or a single session drop in, and group size is intentionally limited to keep the experience focused and personal. Confidence grows through practice until it feels natural.
