Singles Patio Party at Union Station - Summer Kickoff

Kick off summer with a lively singles patio gathering at Union Station, where drinks, upbeat energy, and real-life connections set the tone. The patio in front of the station is reserved for the Two Birds community, creating a dedicated space to mix and mingle in a relaxed setting. Check in with the Two Birds team, pick up a name tag, and use the Find Your Peeps icebreaker in the Two Birds Fit web app to see six suggested people based on your profile and interests. These suggestions are conversation starters rather than matches, making it easy to spot a few friendly faces as the evening gets going. A live DJ keeps the music flowing while you move around at your own pace. Look for drink specials alongside a full bar menu, with room for as many as 200 singles. Ticket options include Straight Singles, LGBTQ+ Singles, and Wing-Peeps, and people attend solo or bring a wing person. Getting there is simple with rideshare, light rail, nearby garages, or street parking. After the party, the app offers an optional follow up where you can select up to 6 Friends and 6 Flirts. If there is a mutual pick, you will be connected within 24 hours so the conversation can continue.

Essentials with Kim: Akashic Records

Psychic Medium Kim Moore leads a conversation-focused class on the Akashic Records, presenting this concept as a resource for inner reflection, intuition, and spiritual development. Participants explore multiple viewpoints, from picturing the Records as a spiritual library to understanding them as an energetic field or a framework for accessing deeper wisdom. Rather than promoting a single belief, Kim facilitates a grounded inquiry into how this lens can shed light on personal patterns, life experiences, relationships, and the broader journey of the soul. The session includes dialogue, time for questions, a guided 20 minute meditation, and space afterward to process and share insights. No prior experience is needed, just curiosity and an open mind. This class is part of a monthly Essentials with Kim series on foundational spiritual topics, offered in person or virtually, with the online access link sent the same day.

Mark Farina & Derrick Carter | Denver

Whirling Dervish Productions presents a night at REELWORKS DENVER featuring Mark Farina and Derrick Carter, pioneers of Chicago house performing on a fully immersive L-Acoustics sound system. Anticipate driving rhythms and soulful, funky grooves that celebrate the essence of the music. Since 1989, Mark Farina has toured globally with an intense schedule, at times playing both of his favored styles in different rooms at the same event and occasionally stretching into marathon sessions. His house sets weave jazzy Chicago influences with a distinctly San Francisco flair. Derrick Carter is celebrated for inventive productions, precise technique, and an effortlessly joyful way of moving a crowd. In 1988 he joined Mark Farina and Chris Nazuka as Symbols & Instruments for an EP that left a mark on England’s early ambient techno movement and helped establish his international presence in the underground. Whirling Dervish has produced underground electronic dance events in Denver for over a decade, a collaboration between The Brown Elvis Presents and Mental of the Fantastic Hosts created to elevate the quality of the city’s underground music experiences. Tarot & Astrology Readings With Bea

Experience personalized tarot and astrology sessions with Bea, a medium, reader, and healer who shares a lifelong connection with Spirit, the natural world, animals, and loved ones who have passed. She has offered tarot and astrology since 2018 after a profound loss shaped her commitment to hope and service. Her work centers on supporting people through grief or uncertainty, and her intention is for every client to leave with clarity, strength, knowledge, and a deep sense of peace. She focuses on being a clear messenger for Spirit while encouraging each person to grow into their best self. Sessions are available in person or online, and bookings default to an in person appointment unless a virtual option is chosen. Tarot sessions run 20, 30, 60, or 90 minutes at $40, $60, $100, and $150. Astrology sessions run 30, 60, or 90 minutes at $60, $100, or $150. In a tarot reading, Bea blends tarot and oracle cards with intuitive guidance to invite messages that support forward movement with confidence and calm. You can explore key themes, ask specific questions, or focus on a particular area of life. For astrology appointments, please provide date and town of birth and, if possible, birth time for everyone included in the reading. A natal birth chart reading traces planetary placements and house meanings through the story of your life, with astrology serving as a guiding framework rather than fixed destiny to illuminate your connection with the planets and the people around you. A synastry relationship reading looks at how two people influence one another, where compatibility flows, and where tension may arise, including both conscious and unconscious patterns. A 60 minute appointment also includes a look at the composite chart of the relationship itself. A solar return reading examines the chart for the moment the Sun returns to its natal position around your birthday, offering an overview of the year from one birthday to the next by exploring planetary placements and houses.
