West County - Dementia Caregiver Support Group
Supporting a loved one who has dementia often brings deep emotional strain. Many caregivers experience anticipatory grief, the sorrow that arises when someone is still physically present but no longer the same cognitively or emotionally. This no-cost support group provides a warm, safe place to share experiences, connect with others facing similar challenges, and learn practical ways to navigate dementia-related grief. Discussion focuses on mutual understanding, coping strategies, and encouragement throughout this difficult journey.

A welcoming monthly meetup created by and for women, femme-identifying, and non-binary Magic players gathers for Commander games at Zanderβs Game House in Camarillo.
