Mindful Conversations

Many group spaces come with an unspoken pressure to perform, even when they feel welcoming. This gathering names that tension and offers a different pace. The experience centers on slowing down. Participants are guided through somatic body awareness to notice what the body is already communicating, then move into a breath and sound journey that makes room for what is ready to surface. There is no expectation to share or to come away with revelations. Quiet is welcome. The setting is lightly structured and free of performance pressure, so you can arrive exactly as you are and listen inward. This is an in-person experience with limited capacity to keep the space intimate. No crisis or prior experience is required, only curiosity about what lives beneath the noise and a willingness to give it some room.
