Transformational Breath
Settle into a conscious breathwork experience that blends breath, sound, and gentle movement to deepen your connection with yourself and the life you are living. Guided by Mary Stockton of the Clearing Center Vista, this Transformational Breath session supports the release of stress, long-held emotions, and the imprints of past challenges while opening space for greater ease, joy, and a sense of wholeness. Many people learn to hold their breath during difficult moments, which can create distance from feelings over time. This practice invites a fuller, freer breath so you can meet life more openly, and with continued practice it can gently support the nervous system. It is well suited to those seeking relief from past traumas, everyday anxiety, or a profound sense of peace. Each gathering adapts to what participants need in the moment. Please bring two pillows and a cozy blanket for comfort. Registration is required and the fee is $35. To secure a spot, send payment via Venmo to SageSanctuary and include the class name and the date in the memo so you can be added to the guest list. If Venmo is not an option, contact Sage Sanctuary at 951.395.3920 for alternative registration and payment options.
