Potluck & Hands-On Healing with Sandy Munster

A welcoming evening at Your Cosmic Connection brings people together for community, intuition, and simple hands-on energy awareness with psychic medium Sandy Munster. The gathering opens with a shared potluck, where attendees bring a dish and connect over conversation. After the meal, partners try a brief intuitive exercise. One person lightly rests their hands on the other’s shoulders for three minutes, tunes into any impressions that arise, then shares what came through before switching roles. Participants rotate so everyone has a chance to both offer and receive insights. The evening concludes with a circle focused on spirit animal messages. While holding hands, each person names the first animal that comes to mind for the person to their left, then the group reflects on the symbolism with guidance from Dr. Steven Farmer’s Animal Spirit Guides. The atmosphere is friendly and judgment free, welcoming to anyone curious about intuition, energy work, and spiritual exploration. Expect shared laughter, meaningful takeaways, and the occasional goosebump, and bring a dish to contribute to the potluck.

In some severe cases, a single transplant patient may require help from up to 50 donors. This drive aims to fill 21 appointments and collect 16 units of blood. After Hours Art Talk

Discover how artists shaped the story of the American West long before Hollywood. This art talk traces more than two dozen creators, beginning with George Catlin and the Grand Canyon vistas of Thomas Moran, then moving to the iconic cowboy scenes of Frederick Remington and Charles Russell. Early twentieth century perspectives include Kate Cory’s paintings and photographs of the Hopi, while Maynard Dixon and Georgia O’Keeffe bring a modern lens to Western subjects. Later chapters highlight the Grand Canyon work of Hopi muralist Fred Kabotie, Carl Oscar Borg, and Gunnar Widforss, and the survey concludes with cowboy artists Joe Becker and Ed Mell, along with pieces by former Navajo Code Talker Carl Gorman. The program also shares background on historian and author Jim Turner, who holds a master’s degree in U.S. history, spent eight years with the Arizona Historical Society collaborating with more than sixty Arizona history museums, and later served as an author and editor for Rio Nuevo Publishers. He has written or co written six books, edited a dozen more, and created self guided audio walking tours of Tucson, Tombstone, and Old Town Scottsdale for the VoiceMap app.
