Silver Single Pickleball Mingle

A friendly pickleball social for single adults 55 and older brings together neighbors from Sun City, Sun City West, PebbleCreek, Sun City Festival, Scottsdale, Cave Creek and other nearby communities. The emphasis is on connection, light play and an easy way to learn the game for anyone new to it. Attendance is open to those who are single and not currently in a relationship. All experience levels are welcome, whether you play regularly, are just getting started, or have never picked up a paddle. The goal is mingling and fun, not competition. Games are set to 7 points, then switch to rally scoring once two courts have finished, which helps keep play moving. Expect occasional byes between rounds, offering plenty of time to chat and meet other active singles. Registration is managed through Center Court. This group ride maintains an 11 to 13 mph pace over roughly 30 miles and is not intended for beginners. Helmets are mandatory, and riders must also have lights plus the tools or gear to fix a flat. Earbuds are not permitted while on the bike. Please check this site one hour before the start in case weather forces a cancellation. The ride will not proceed in extreme heat, dust storms, rain, high winds, or if lightning is a possibility. Bring enough water for the conditions. The usual meet-up spot is Rio Vista park, but the start location may change, so confirm when you RSVP. If you have RSVP’d and cannot attend, please remove your response so a ride leader is not left waiting or riding alone.

Returning by popular request, this hands-on Coastal Charcuterie & Wine Pairing Workshop features the beautiful Sea Turtle Charcuterie Board.
