Somatic Breathwork Experience... Reset Yourself!

Set aside time at The Halo Sanctuary for a guided somatic breathwork session that supports releasing stress, anxiety, and emotional weight. The experience moves through clear phases, beginning with gentle activation to safely mobilize restless energy, then shifting into soothing calm, quiet stillness, and steady grounding so the body can complete the stress cycle and expand its capacity to handle life’s pressures. Many participants notice relief right away, and with ongoing practice this approach can help retrain the nervous system so tension moves through rather than lingering. Expect a thoughtfully layered journey that may weave together intention setting, aromatherapy, guided somatic awareness, somatic breathwork, movement and light somatic stretches, guided visualization, NLP-informed tools, vagal toning, and guided meditation. Optional touch based co-regulation and touch based grounding are available. Time is set aside for integration with a mini journal for reflections, a calming herbal tea blend, and oracle cards, along with an optional follow-up integration call within the week. Please plan to arrive early to set up your space and be settled before the session begins, as late entry is not permitted. Bringing an eye mask, a pillow, a thin blanket, water, and lip balm can enhance comfort. A thin cork mat, blanket, and bolster are provided. Consider avoiding food shortly before the practice. This modality is not appropriate for everyone. It may be contraindicated for those with uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart concerns, severe asthma, COPD or other significant respiratory issues, epilepsy or seizure disorders, active psychosis, schizophrenia or severe bipolar disorder, pregnancy without prior approval, or recent surgeries or injuries. By taking part, you confirm you are in good health, have reviewed these considerations, and accept responsibility for participating safely. A limited number of VIP spots are available, which include access to the Himalayan salt cave with a lounger during breathwork and integration, Crown Grounding, and a wellness gift.

This session highlights Rebecca Firkser’s Galette! Sweet and Savory Recipes As Easy As Pie. Please bring a recipe from the book to share. Imagine peaches with granola, marinated artichokes with tomatoes, a brown butter and honey apple slab for a crowd, or individual lemony spinach and rice tarts for dinner. Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey

At The Shrine of Holy Wisdom, this restorative session blends circular breathwork, guided visualization, and a live music soundscape to support a gentle return to your inner center. The pace is unhurried and nurturing, inviting a shift from survival mode into clarity and renewal. Many participants describe leaving with a lighter heart, a clearer outlook, and a renewed connection to self. Potential benefits include a clearer understanding of how the deeper mind works and how to reshape old patterns, an immediate easing of fear and tension, more relaxed and genuine relationships, a stronger trust in oneself and in life, increased self esteem, relief from psychosomatic issues, recognition and reversal of resistance to positive change, a practical approach to self realization, and a felt connection with higher aspects of being. Private Plant Medicine or Tarot Card Readings w/ SHERI

Private sessions with Sheri offer two paths: plant medicine readings or tarot. A plant medicine reading focuses on the supportive properties of plants, herbs, and other botanicals used for medicinal, therapeutic, or healing aims. After the session, Sheri crafts a personalized tea blend, with several common blends already prepared and available at the shop. A plant medicine reading with a common blend is $75 for a half hour. If a unique blend requires costlier ingredients, the price reflects only the difference needed to source them. This is not a tea leaf reading or tasseography. Tarot readings are available at $45 for a half hour or $90 for a full hour. Sheri also draws on cardomancy, oracle and pendulum work, mediumship, and natural magic, along with creating herbal teas, salves, and tinctures to support energy, emotion, and spirit. Sessions take place in a private room. Appointments can be scheduled by calling or texting Sheri at 623-414-1707. She maintains a full-time job, so replies may take a little time, and texting is often the quickest way to reach her. Accepted payment methods include Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.

Free Lecture: 'State of the Universe'

Explore perspectives on cosmic transformation in a free lecture led by Marconics Initiate Teacher Makayla Askew at Rainbow Bliss Botanicals Cafe. The talk outlines the current state of the universe and a planetary shift, with guidance on accessing and integrating recently anchored Sophianic frequencies associated with Mother Arc and Aqua Ray magnetics in support of higher ascension. Presented from a Marconics viewpoint, the session discusses why familiar 3D healing approaches tied to the seven-chakra and lightbody templates are considered outdated, and why an energetic upgrade and expansion into higher lightbody levels is emphasized to navigate benevolent timelines. It also highlights the importance of cultivating a steady telepathic link with a future ascended state to remain aligned and avoid repeating karmic patterns. Topics include recalibrating within an Avatar Consciousness framework, uniting Christos and Sophia currents, and embodying sovereignty in co-creation and manifestation. Attendees can experience a complimentary sample of Marconics Ascension Energy, described as working with an ascending 5D body template to help release karmic debris, spark new DNA activations, raise vibration, and deepen connection to Source or Spirit.
