Litters under five months are $10 per animal when the mother is spayed at the same time for $65. There is an annual limit of three pets per household. All dogs must arrive on a leash or in a carrier, and all cats must be in a carrier. Pets must be at least two months old and weigh at least two pounds. Pets under five months do not need to fast.
