At The Halo Sanctuary, this guided somatic breathwork experience focuses on helping the body complete the stress cycle so tension does not remain stuck in the nervous system. The session moves through activation, calming, stillness, and grounding. During activation, participants safely lean into anxious or restless energy so it can mobilize and release, then transition into deep calm and grounded stillness that signals the body it is safe to let go. Practices may include somatic breathwork, mindful movement, gentle somatic stretches, guided visualization, NLP-informed approaches, vagal toning, and optional touch-based co-regulation and grounding.
