Barnes & NobleMahjong: Open Play
Enjoy open play Mahjong in a relaxed setting at Dothan Houston County Library System. This is not a class and there will be no instructor, so it is suited to players who already know the basics or are comfortable teaching themselves. One Mahjong tile set and 2025 National Mahjong League cards for up to four players will be available. Everyone at a table must use the same year’s card, so groups should share the provided set or bring matching cards of their own. Participants may bring additional tile sets to share, which helps more tables play at once. Players can play, practice, or learn together at their own pace.
Dothan Houston County Library SystemWeekly Board Game Meetup
This weekly meetup at Geekz Haven brings people together to play a rotating mix of board games. Bringing your own games is optional, and a variety will be available each week. Games are taught at the table, so beginners are welcome and no prior experience is required. Admission is free for all. Each visit with a sign-in counts as an entry in a monthly board game giveaway. Please note that outside food and drink are not permitted. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase from the venue.

Art of Yoga brings a mindful practice to the museum galleries with instructor Leah Graves. This weekly class invites participants to move and breathe in an inspiring art-filled setting. The cost is $10, with payment taken at the door directly by the instructor.
